The location of the hotel is great very close to Gray Line Bus stop, Central Station so it was very convinient.
Breakfast was really good. It was better if they have more variety for dinner menu.

Room was very comfortable and quiet. We liked fitness so much as they have variety of machines and muscle release items. We will def We will definately recommend this hotel.
The staff is very kind to help us call the tour agency and to check on their time of arrival while we were waiting at the lobby. On top of that, the hotel is located near Place des Arts station you need to find the right exit that's the closest to the hotel. The hotel also provides microwave and mineral water which is a plus point as many hotels don't provide them The hotel also provides microwave and mineral water which is a plus point as many hotels don't provide them.
There is a supermarket nearby for you to get some late snacks. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone! Super location near the old port.
Very walkable. Front desk staff excellent and very helpful. This is a great place to spend a few nights in the centre of Montreal, located between old Montreal and St. Laurent blvd, making it easier to walk everywhere. The room was very clean and quiet even though it was in a busy area. My single room had a twin bed which was comfortable with lovely soft bedding and the perfect size for one traveler. The bathroom is small but The bathroom is small but pleasant, including a nice new shower. The bathroom door is a sliding frosted glass door however so it may not provide as much privacy as you'd like.

Note: there was no hair dryer. There's a complementary breakfast but you have to take it to your room as there's no seating area. There's a table and chair in the room though so it's not an issue. The staff were very friendly and kept my bag for me for a few hours after I checked out.
I would stay here again! Great location, safe, affordable! If you're fairly mobile you can walk to most places quite easily. The accommodations were basic, but acceptable.

The staff were helpful and lovely. We stayed for 8 nights.
It was located in a very convenient neighbourhood bus stops and bus [goes to airport] right outside, walking distance to 2 metro stations green and orange line , walking distance to Old Port, Chinatown From our room on the 13th floor we could see the firework show at Old Port. The setup of the room was simple yet homey - we ha The setup of the room was simple yet homey - we had everything that we needed. The kitchen allowed us to cook simple meals and snack which was excellent for sure a long trip kitchenware and dish detergent included. The free laundry room washer and dryer allowed us to pack light for the trip which wasn't so light since we had a lot of winter gears.
Housekeeping happens once a week which was great because it created more of a homey vibe. Great location near the Atwater Metro Station. Close to Rue St Catherine with many amenities and restaurants.
The room was clean and comfortable. Our room had a kitchenette with full-size fridge and oven. Very high-speed internet too. Would definitely stay here again Would definitely stay here again.

Location is great, just down the street you get a street of food, a street of bars and beers, a subway station, supermarket and post office. Room was good enough, air con was kinda noisy, if you come in the summer. Fridge is useful, didn't use the tv. Bathroom was shared, but clean.
You need to wait for the water to flow for a while before you get the hot water. I didn't knew on my first shower, and I shivered. It is ok once you learned how to use it. The showing cubicle was small though. It's not sound proof, so keep your voices low. You'll hear your neighbours opening doors, walking to the bathroom, talking loudly in their rooms. But these were expected, so it wasn't a problem for me. Security wise is good. The area it's located downtown smells like pee, police station across street. The building itself is an ugly pig wearing makeup.
The staff fries to be high end but like everything about this hotel, it's superficial.. Spend the extra money and stay elsewhere or go a little further away from downtown for better value. I was not happy with the first day separate booking as they gave me wrong booked room condo instead of King room and cause bad smell and crowed room but very happy with the second and third days another booking with right booked room. This hotel is probably the best value you can get in Montreal.
